Returns and exchanges

• Once the goods have been delivered, the customer will have 14 days in which to return them (*)
• In this case, we promise to reimburse the full price of the returned product.(Rods and fly tying material excluded).
• Fly Shop Center SLL will incur all exchange and refund transport costs.
• All products must be returned in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
• Any products acquired in our online shop have the same guarantees , and are of the same quality as those offered in our stores and catalogues.
• Prices, offers, promotional campaigns and discounts offered on our website are exclusive to that site, and at no time will be available in our stores or dealerships.
• The purchase of any product from our online shop will suppose the acceptance of this returns policy.
